Moonee Ponds Antiques is the operator of www.mooneepondsantiques.com.au. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Refund Policy:
We have a no change of mind refund policy; all goods are second-hand and are in good original used condition unless otherwise stated. We will describe major damage to the items description and the items photos are also used to form part of the items description.

Please keep in mind that second-hand items may have wear and tear or minor defects, and that by purchasing them you accept them in their current condition.

If you’re unsure of buying online then we encourage you to come into our physical store and view items during opening hours, if you are unable to come to our store we are happy to send more photos of our products to you.

Online Orders:

Orders placed on our website are subject to availability. Prior to processing any payments, we will confirm the availability of the items in your order. In the event that any item is no longer in stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Payment will only be processed for items that are confirmed to be in stock.

Shipping/Delivery Policy:

Items that are sold and require local delivery can be delivered by our own professional staff who are trained in furniture removals. If you have requested/paid for a 1 x person delivery service only and 2 x people are required to unload the item then it is your full responsibility to have a reliable/capable person at the delivery address who is willing to follow instructions from our delivery driver. If the driver cannot unload and goods are returned to our store then another delivery charge will be incurred/no refund of initial delivery charges. 
If we arrive at the delivery premises and no one is present to receive the goods and the truck/goods return to our store then another delivery charge will be incurred/no refund of initial delivery charges. 

If customers engage an independent delivery service to pick items up, it is the customer’s full responsibility for how goods are delivered to them, once they are picked up from our store, Moonee Ponds Antiques is not responsible for any damage to goods incurred by an independent delivery service.

We are happy to arrange delivery with a number of trusted third-party delivery companies on your behalf for your convenience. Although we arrange the delivery for you we are not responsible for any damage to items once they leave our store or whilst in transit. We shall ensure suitable packaging, protection and/ or transport aids based on our previous experience and knowledge of the item.
