Payment Options
Moonee Ponds Antiques accepts payment by cash, bank transfer and major credit or debit card, including American Express. We also offer lay-by for eligible purchases under our Lay-By Terms and Conditions.
Card Payments by Phone
We do not currently use Shopify Payments or accept card payments directly through our website. Once your item’s availability and any delivery costs have been confirmed, you can pay by credit or debit card over the phone by calling us on (03) 9338 9627.
For your protection, please do not send card numbers or other payment details by email, through our contact form or in social media messages.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is available after we have confirmed the item, delivery or collection arrangements and the final amount payable. We will provide payment instructions directly with your invoice or order confirmation.
Cash Payments
Cash payment can be arranged for purchases collected from our Airport West showroom. Please contact us before visiting so we can confirm the item is still available and arrange a suitable collection time.
Delivery Quotes and Final Payment
Delivery costs vary according to the item’s size, destination, access requirements and carrier availability. For items requiring a delivery quote, we will confirm the delivery charge and total amount before asking you to finalise payment.
