At Moonee Ponds Antiques, we are committed to providing high quality antique and vintage items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of the item.
• Conditions: Items may be returned if they are damaged, defective, or significantly differ from the description provided.
• Exclusions: All sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Procedure

1. Notification: Prior to returning an item, please contact us at admin@mooneepondsantiques.com.au or via phone at (03) 9338 9627 to obtain a Return Authorization.
2. Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers shall bear the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend utilizing a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 2 days of receipt.

• We will make every reasonable effort to coordinate with the relevant third-party shipping company to resolve the issue. However, we cannot guarantee that a resolution will always be possible. We will do our best to facilitate a suitable outcome, which may include reimbursement of return shipping costs, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Please be advised that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.
• Important: No refunds will be provided if the item has been altered or modified by the customer.

• Due to the handcrafted and aged nature of antique and vintage items, minor imperfections are inherent and shall not be considered defects.
• We strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing product photographs and descriptions prior to purchase. We are always happy to send extra photo's via text or email at request.
