About:
Coalport were known for their high-quality, fine hand-painted designs and intricate gilding. Their porcelain was produced in their factory in Shropshire, England, from 1795 to 1926.Â
There were several distinctive patterns and styles developed over the years, including the "Coalbrookdale" pattern and the "Dresden Spray" pattern.
The factory's output declined in the early 20th century, and it eventually closed in 1926.
Today, Coalport porcelain remains highly collectible and is prized for its craftsmanship and historical significance.
